Film Center Serbia (FCS) is a government organization working under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Serbia. FCS was founded in order to creatively stimulate and administrate financial support to Serbian film industry. Its goal is to direct and manage strategic development and reconstruction of Serbian film industry.

Mladen is a ruthless timeshare property sales agent his company lures tourists from different countries of ex-Yugoslavia by inviting them to “free” holidays at a resort during which they are going to be persuaded to buy the property.

In the Spring of 1988 a wild boy is found deep in the Bosnian mountains living amongst wolves. He is randomly given the name Haris and sent to an orphanage in Belgrade to be taken care of by Ilke. He becomes inseparable with another boy Žika and slowly starts to show progress. In 1992, aſter he became a fairly socialised young man, local authorities force him to go back to war torn Bosnia.

DRAGO is a surgeon from Podgorica (capital of Montenegro). He made a fatal mistakeduring the operation and, as a result, killed the only son of a local mafia boss. Now, hisonly son BUDDHO is endangered, so Drago decides to send him to Belgrade (capital ofSerbia) to be under protection of his old col-lege friend. For Buddho, this is a great opportunity to get a taste of Belgrade nightlife. He hits the bars and roams the hot Belgrade night, looking for girls and other forms of entertainment. He is blissfully unaware that his protectors aren’t what they are supposed to be.
