Synopsis:

The story takes place in an apartment building, where the main character - a writer - encounters different kinds of odd and noisy characters that interfere with his ability to create. Frustrated, the writer resorts to cutting power in the whole building, disabling the elevator. However, the residents now resort to other ways of making their incessant noise. Finally, the writer decides to close the building, so nobody can move.

Filmography:
Born in Skopje, Macedonia, Burbuqe Berisha received her undergratuate degree in Film Directing followed by MFA in Film Direction and Production at the Prishtina University’s Arts Academy, Kosovo. She has made several short and documentary films, and has written and directed theatre plays. She won several international film and theatre awards and has managed Prishtina’s Cinemas, produced movies for KosovaFilm and served as the jury member at numerous international film festivals. She is currently the General Director of Kosovo’s National Theatre.
