Is an Albanian producer based in Tirana. Qurku holds a master degree on Art Management, Law and Literature. She is co-founder of Balkan Film & Food Festival which takes place every year in Pogradec. Her production company “Action Production” was founded at 2015 and she has produced a feature documentary and co-produced Kosovo film “The Field of Black Birds”. On 2012 she founded Art-Im-Pulse, an association which organizes and promotes art and cultural events in Albania while cooperating with a lot of artists and associations around Europe.
