Drita Llolla, born in 1988 in Ulcinj/Ulqin – Montenegro, is the director of Seanema Film Festival, a human rights film festival which introduced the concept of arts for social change in Montenegro, by combining cinema and civic activism. Since 2004 she is a fierce promoter of human rights, women empowerment and minority rights in particular. She is one of the founders and the CEO of NGO iACT in Montenegro.
