Each year my grandmother marks her calendar as a way to reorganize her role in the family, reaffirm emotional relations and reconstruct her family space. Birthdates illustrates how simple rituals, acting as cognitive processes and commodifications of the immaterial, mark the displacement of the material medium.

Çdo vit gjyshja ime shënon kalendarin e saj si një mënyrë për të riorganizuar rolin e saj në familje, riafirmuar marrëdhëniet emocionale dhe rindërtuar hapësirën e saj brenda fisit. Datëlindje ilustron se si rituale të thjeshta, duke vepruar si procese njohëse dhe komodifikime të jomateriales, shënojnë zhvendosjen e materiales.
